Dr. Jaspreet Nijjer is a board certified chiropractor based out of the Surrey/Langley area for the past nine years. Her treatment philosophy is to consider each patient individually to ensure their goals are met to achieve optimum health.

Known by her patients as Dr. Jas, she graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Jas was studying at Simon Fraser University for biomedical physiology and kinesiology.

Dr. Jas’ life took an unexpected turn during a motor vehicle accident that caused her significant pain and injury. Part of her recovery program included chiropractic treatments, which provided incredible relief to injuries and discomfort from her accident. This positive experience motivated Dr. Jas to pursue a career as a chiropractor.

Her interest in physiotherapy stems from leading an active lifestyle and her passion for rehabilitation grew while working as a Kinesiologist. Her primary treatment approach is a combination of manual therapy, active soft tissue release, functional dry needling (IMS) and exercise prescription to help her clients achieve their goals for recovery. Outside of the clinic, Puneet likes to spend her free time travelling, hiking, and working on her fitness goals.

Active Rehab/Kinesiology

Active rehab is an exercise based approach to injury recovery and prevention. A customized program is designed by a kinesiologist to help restore function, mobility and independence.

Ravneet is a registered clinical counsellor who is currently working toward completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology. She completed her Bachelors in Psychology at the University of British Columbia and Masters in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University. She is known as a practitioner who is committed to providing safe spaces for her clients to process and recover from life’s hardships.

We each have a fundamental need to be understood, valued, and accepted. Ravneet strives to create a collaborative relationship with her clients where they feel empowered in their healing journey. Ravneet has experience working with adults of all ages and supporting them in navigating stress, anxiety, depression, significant life experiences, grief, and trauma. Her approach to therapy is integrative, person-centered, and evidence-based with a focus on meeting the unique needs, identities, and lived experiences of her clients. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and exposure therapy. Amanda graduated from Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program in 2021.

Prior to pursuing a career in Massage Therapy, Amanda worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant. Working within a hospital setting, Amanda gained a variety of experience working with many different presentations. These experiences allowed her to learn and became interested in applying manual therapy techniques as a tool in restoring one’s wellness.

Amanda’s treatments consist of utilizing a variety of massage therapy techniques, such as trigger point release, myofascial contractile release, as well as Swedish massage.

Dara Sidhu holds a masters of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, a Bachelor’s of Education, and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology, while completing a Minor in Counselling and Human Development at Simon Fraser University. His work experience comes from years of working with youth and adult groups within multiple municipal, non-for-profit, clinical, and educational settings. The field of psychology, counselling, and the art of ‘helping’ have been Dara’s passions from as early as he can remember. Dara feels that he has endured multiple hardships in his life, yet due to these events, he feels that it has provided him an increased ability to understand and empathize with the struggle of others. Jordan graduated from CDI South Surrey in the Fall of 2022 and became registered as an RMT in April 2023. All his life he played a variety of sports ranging from basketball, volleyball, and even to a national level of ultimate frisbee. His background in sports has come with their fair share of injuries, thus his passion for injury rehabilitation is focused on allowing others to return to their activities of daily living pain free. He is aware of how debilitating it is to suffer from those injuries, and is motivated to help provide a healthy lifestyle to those affected.
